It was reviewed against the feat/mcp-server-integration source for the CLI 1.8.0, VS Code 1.1.0, and MCP 1.0.0 release candidates. “Corrected” means this audit changed documentation or release metadata; it does not mean the candidate has been published.

The complete CLI syntax remains authoritative in adr-guard --help and each command’s --help. The MCP input/output descriptions remain authoritative in tool discovery plus the schema 1.0 contracts. VS Code Command Palette entries are only the commands contributed by extensions/vscode/package.json; architecture, governance, and AI actions are internal to the retained Webview.
